Domestic Sales Manager

Servgroup is seeking a dynamic and experienced Domestic Sales Manager to join the team.

Overview

Are you looking for an opportunity to lead the company sales team and drive business growth in the domestic market? The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in sales, including at least two years in a managerial role. A strong understanding of digital marketing and experience in the construction or home improvement industry will be considered an asset.

Roles and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Sales Strategy & Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Team and Window Technician, ensuring they meet their targets.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue.
  • Monitor the team’s performance, including tracking issued quotations, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
  • Present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  1. Customer Engagement & Sales Process
  • Manage client interactions, including responding to inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
  • Oversee the quotation and tendering process for aluminium, steel, and uPVC products.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations and tenders, providing additional information and negotiating deals.
  • Ensure the timely collection of deposits and final balances from clients.
  • Coordinate large projects by liaising with various departments and client project managers to ensure smooth execution.
  1. Showroom & CRM Management
  • Oversee the upkeep and presentation of the showroom, ensuring it reflects Servgroup’s quality and brand standards.
  • Manage the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking of customer interactions.
  1. Appointment & Workflow Coordination
  • Schedule and allocate client appointments for the Window Technician.
  • Ensure proper handover of appointments from the Window Technician to the Sales Team for follow-ups.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for production, including signed contracts, deposits, and measurement sheets.

 

Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage workloads effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; fluency in Maltese is an asset.
  • A valid driving license is required.
